1. What We Collect

When you sign up or make a booking, we collect your name, email, phone number, government-issued ID, driving licence details, and cryptocurrency wallet addresses. We also collect basic usage data like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit so we can keep the platform running smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to process bookings, verify your identity, handle crypto payments, provide support, and send you updates about your rental. We also use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform. We won't use your data for anything you wouldn't expect.

3. Blockchain Data

Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains -- that's how they work. We process wallet addresses and transaction hashes to verify payments and manage escrow. We never store your private keys. Keeping your wallet secure is your responsibility.

4. Who We Share Data With

We don't sell your personal data. We share what's necessary with identity verification services, insurance providers, and payment processors to run the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Data Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls to protect your data. That said, no system is 100% bulletproof. We do our best, but we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. Rental records and transaction data may be kept for up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can also object to or restrict certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@coinclave.net. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the platform working and optional analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings. Turning off essential cookies may break some features.

9. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. If you keep using Coinclave after a change, that means you're okay with the update.
